In the early days of his career, Joe was just looking to work every day to provide for his family. He would do estimates in the morning and do the roofs in the afternoon, he was a true "one man shop”! He always was fair with his customers and was known for consistently doing the right thing. It did not take long until word spread and Empire Roofing started to grow. The company continues to have a Better Business Bureau A+ rating year after year. “I’ve worked for Joe for over 20 years because his customer service is the best and I admire how much he really cares about the clients. If there is ever a problem, he takes care of it immediately,” says longtime employee Jim McNicholas. “It’s like a family, it’s not just a job working for Empire Roofing. He’s a caring guy.”
Empire Roofing and Restoration still operates using the same principals as they continue to grow. In 2016 they added the restoration category to include water, smoke and fire restoration, carpet cleaning and mold & sewage removal. All employees strive to give each customer the best experience possible during the challenging process of having their roof replaced or dealing with an emergency restoration. They pride themselves on the fact that 75% of all of the work comes from referrals or previous customers. That proves that “always doing the right thing” is the formula for success!
